- Resource Consumption: Generating your report involves significant computational resources including AI credits, server processing, and data analysis costs that are incurred immediately upon generation.
- Instant Delivery: Reports are delivered digitally and instantly, making it impossible to "return" the service.
3. Before You Purchase
We encourage you to:
- Review the free preview of your report before purchasing the full version
- Ensure all your birth data (date, time, place) is accurately entered
- Read the service description carefully to understand what is included
- Contact us with any questions before making a purchase
4. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions only in the following rare circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If our system failed to generate or deliver your report due to a technical error on our end
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same report due to a payment processing error
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of the issue with relevant details and proof.
5. Cancellation
Since reports are generated and delivered instantly upon payment, there is no cancellation window. The service is considered rendered immediately upon successful payment.
