Vishvaloka Assisted Living is not a hospital, nursing home, or medical institution. We are a premium assisted living community that provides residential accommodation with supportive services including daily living assistance, wellness programmes, recreational activities, and access to healthcare coordination.
While we offer on-site wellness monitoring and emergency response systems, residents requiring specialised medical treatment, surgical procedures, or intensive care should seek services from qualified medical institutions. Vishvaloka may facilitate access to nearby hospitals and specialists but does not provide or guarantee medical treatment.
2. Assisted Living Support
Our services are designed to support an independent yet assisted lifestyle for senior citizens. This includes help with activities of daily living such as housekeeping, meals, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and social engagement. The level and scope of assistance are defined in the Membership Agreement and may vary based on the care plan selected.
3. Not a Real Estate Transaction
Vishvaloka operates on a Lifetime Lease Model. Membership does not constitute a sale, purchase, or transfer of real estate property. No ownership rights, title, or interest in the land or building are conveyed to the member. This project is not registered under RERA and is not subject to real estate regulations as it is a community living arrangement operated by a registered trust.
4. Pricing Subject to Change
All pricing, fee structures, membership plans, and service charges published on this website or in marketing materials are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing and payment terms will be as specified in the Lease Agreement executed between the member and Vishvaloka at the time of enrolment.

All photographs, renderings, floor plans, videos, and visual representations on this website are illustrative in nature and may not accurately represent the final constructed spaces.
